"Nice little personal touch"
I added my initials to the bag and it turned out really cute. The site was easy to use, and there were plenty of strap options to pick from. It also arrived sooner than I expected, so I’m happy with it.

"Sturdy and Looks Great"
The bag feels really sturdy, like it can actually handle daily use, and it looks even better in person. I wasn’t expecting the material to feel this nice, and the style just works. Kind of one of those things where you notice the quality right away.

"Surprisingly Fun and Easy to Change Up"
I was pleasantly surprised by how easy it is to swap out the straps. It makes the bag feel like a whole new one without having to buy another bag. Such a simple little feature, but I really like it.

I ordered from Pom Pom London and, to be honest, I wasn’t expecting it to turn up so fast. I got the dispatch email soon after placing the order, so I’m guessing they must be quite on it with getting parcels out, because it arrived just a couple of days later. Everything was packed nicely and there were no delivery issues at all. Really pleased with how smooth it all was and I’d definitely order again...

"So many cute options"
I was mostly just browsing the range, but wow, there are so many nice bags, straps, and colours to pick from 😄 I really like that you can mix and match instead of being stuck with one basic style. It took me forever to choose, but in the best way lol.

I had a small issue with my order, so I messaged Pompom London not expecting much. I was a bit worried I’d end up out of pocket or stuck with a problem, but they replied quickly and were really friendly about it.
They sorted everything without any fuss, and it genuinely felt like they cared about not letting me down. I’d happily order again, mostly because I know if anything goes wrong, I’m not just left to deal with it.

"Easy order and delivery"
I ordered a bag and the tracking was really easy to follow the whole way. I got updates when it was packed and again when it was out for delivery, so I wasnt left wondering where it was. It showed up right when they said it would. Im really happy with it and Id definitely order again.

The bag itself is nice and totally usable, but the color looked lighter in the pictures online. I feel like product photos always make things look a little different than they actually are. It’s not a huge deal, just not exactly what I thought I was getting.

"Cute Bag, But I Expected More Space"
I really wanted to love this bag because it’s so nice-looking, but wow, I was a little heartbroken by how little it actually holds. It’s fine if you’re just carrying the absolute basics, but if you’re like me and somehow need half your life with you, it’s not going to cut it. Cute and useful for quick outings, just not the roomy bag I was dreaming of.

I used Pom Pom London and it was easy to get around. The menu made sense, pages loaded quick enough, and I found the bag I wanted without having to click around forever lol. Checkout was simple too, no fuss. Only tiny thing is I kinda wish the filters were a bit clearer, but overall it was a good experiance.

Everything was well sorted and easy to get through, with no real hassle. I’m usually a bit wary of customer service because you never know if they’ll actually help, but i didn’t really need to chase anyone up, which was a nice surprise.
